Manga Madness was launched by Ezugi in 2025 as an addition to its EZ Arcade series. Its title indicates a theme inspired by Japanese artistry.
At the same time, its mechanics reimagine roulette gameplay by introducing a mechanical claw that draws balls. So, instead of a roulette wheel where a single ball determines outcomes, in Manga Madness, we have 37 or 38 balls and a claw that picks one per round.
The game is played without a dealer at a land-based studio, using physical equipment, including soft balls and a claw. The balls are spun on a plate before the claw picks one of them.

What’s My Opinion on Manga Madness?
I had mixed feelings about Manga Madness when I encountered it for the first time. Frankly, I wondered why anybody would play a game of roulette which is not roulette.
But to be honest, after a few rounds I kind of liked it. It will noit become a favorite but it’s a nice game.
Ezugi obviously wanted to attract Asian players and a younger audience by adding an anime twist to the game. It remains to be seen whether Manga Madness will be able to do it.
