Dragon Tiger Phoenix is easy to understand, fast to play, and works very smoothly. I can certainly see why players who enjoy simple games with quick results will like it. Adding Phoenix as a third hand also makes the game a little more interesting than traditional Dragon Tiger.
Personally, though, it isn’t really my type of game. I prefer live games with bonus features, multipliers, or something extra to look forward to during a round. Dragon Tiger Phoenix doesn’t have any of these. Once you have placed your bet, you simply watch the three cards being dealt and see which one is highest.
