What Is Robin The Fair?
Robin The Fair is a card-based live game show that occupies a rather unique spot in the iGaming landscape. As far as I’m aware, there is no other game quite like it.
Announced by Imagine Live at ICE London 2024, the game features seven rows, each with two cards. Your goal is to predict the higher cards from stages 1 through 7, with higher rows carrying progressively bigger multipliers, up to 5,000x with bonuses.
It’s a simple game, relying on the typical high-low mechanic with shades of baccarat in it and a progression that raises the stakes as you move up. All that clad in green and referencing the famed archer at every flip of the card.
How to Play Robin The Fair
Bet at Any Point
Choose bets between $2 and $500. Each round has 7 stages, and you can bet between each card flip. The betting window for each stage is 6 seconds, but you’ll also have plenty of time while other players make up their minds.
Predict The Higher Card
With a bet in place, you’ll be given the choice between a left or right card and a few seconds to decide. If you fail to do it within a given time frame, the game will pick a card for you.
Watch the Cards Flip
At each of the 7 stages, the dealer flips the card to decide the winner for that stage. If you guessed correctly, your bet is multiplied according to the stage multiplier. If not, you lose the bet and can start over from stage 1 values even though the dealer is on, say, stage 4. The 14 cards (2 to the ACE + Joker) change for every round.
Cash Out Early
At any point in the round past stage 1, you have the option to cash out early by tapping the Cashout button. If you do nothing, or rather, don’t select the higher card, the game will automatically cash out for you.

Cards & Payout
There are 14 cards shuffled before each round and lined up on 14 spots on the table. Cards include 2 to the ACE, plus the Joker, which represents the highest value in the game. The objective of each of the seven stages in a round is to predict the higher-value card and win the multiplier applied to that stage.

By hitting the Double Bet options, your bet doubles, as does the payout.
On top of the main bets, random multipliers between 2x and 50x can appear and significantly boost the payout. They can appear only once in a round, and only on the stage that comes next, meaning that you won’t know where they are beforehand
But if they hit the table on stage 7 and it happens to be the highest, you’re looking at the max possible payout of 5,000x.

Robin The Fair wears its theme on its sleeve, with the famed archer referenced almost everywhere. The game is set in an immersive green-themed studio with a medieval fair aesthetic that immediately reinforces the Robin Hood inspiration. Wooden textures, forest-like visuals, and stylised card tables create a setting that feels more like a fantasy game show than a traditional live casino game.
The host stands behind a central table where cards are revealed, while multiple camera angles allow for visual freedom. Overall, the presentation strikes a good balance between playful theme and practical usability, though I wouldn’t mind a third camera with a better view of the table that also shows more of the host than just hands.

What’s My Opinion on Robin the Fair?
I can appreciate that Robin The Fair manages to feel both simple and refreshing. Its high-low core mechanic is easy to understand, but the stage progression and random multipliers add just enough diversity to elevate it beyond baccarat-style gameplay.
The relatively high RTP is another welcome feature, especially compared to many other live game shows that tend to sit lower.
The game won’t appeal to players looking for deep strategy, though, but that’s not really the point here. Robin The Fair makes you take fast decisions, with the possibility of a huge 5,000x payout looming in the distance. Oh, if the green doesn’t appeal to you, there’s also an Asian version of the game with the same mechanic but with Dragon Fortune esthetics instead of Robbin Hood.
