What Is MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Live?
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Live is an upcoming live casino game show from Evolution, inspired by the famous MONOPOLY board game. Instead of buying streets and collecting rent traditionally, players predict the outcome of a virtual 58-segment wheel in a colourful property-development setting.
The game offers several betting options. Players can choose between eight Rent Collector colours, cover all property colours with an Any Property bet, predict a Market Crash or bet on one of three bonus games.

The main attraction is the tower-building bonus feature, starring Mr. Monopoly. When the wheel lands on Bonus, a separate mini wheel determines whether Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers or Epic Heights begins. A construction crane then stacks building blocks carrying additive and multiplicative multipliers, increasing the potential payout as the tower grows.
Additional features include random wheel multipliers and special Boosters that can influence the construction process. According to Evolution, the game offers potential payouts of up to 10,000x your bet, with a maximum payout of €500,000.
With three different bonus games and a property-market theme, MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Live appears to offer considerably more variety than a traditional money-wheel game. Whether those features translate into genuinely entertaining gameplay is something we will evaluate during our upcoming test sessions.
How to Play MONOPOLY Property Tycoon
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Live revolves around a virtual 58-segment wheel, with several ways to bet and three different tower-building bonus games. Here’s how a typical round works.
Choose Your Betting Options

Before the wheel spins, you can place bets on four different categories:
- Rent Collector: Choose one or more of eight property colours.
- Any Property: Cover all eight Rent Collector colours with a single bet.
- Market Crash: Bet on one of the 12 Market Crash segments.
- Bonus Games: Bet on Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers or Epic Heights.
You can combine multiple betting options within the same round.
Watch the Wheel Spin
Once betting closes, the virtual 58-segment wheel starts spinning. Random multipliers may appear on different segments, increasing the potential payout if one of those segments wins.
When the wheel stops, the flapper determines the winning result.
Collect Your Winnings or Get Your Bet Back
If the wheel lands on your chosen Rent Collector colour, you receive a winning payout, potentially increased by a wheel multiplier.
There is also an interesting twist: your Rent Collector bet is only lost when Market Crash lands. If another property colour or a Bonus segment wins, your original Rent Collector stake is returned.
An Any Property bet wins when any Rent Collector colour lands, loses on Market Crash and is returned when Bonus lands.
Market Crash has a randomly assigned return of 4x, 7x or 10x, depending on the round.
Enter a Tower-Building Bonus Game

If the wheel stops on one of its six Bonus segments, a separate 12-segment mini wheel selects which bonus game begins:
- Lil’ Blocks: 6 mini-wheel segments, with block multipliers from 2x to 7x.
- Big Towers: 4 mini-wheel segments, with block multipliers from 2x to 10x.
- Epic Heights: 2 mini-wheel segments, with block multipliers from 2x to 20x.
Mr. Monopoly then takes you to a construction site, where a crane stacks building blocks carrying additive or multiplicative multipliers.
The tower continues growing until it reaches its maximum height or a block fails to land successfully. The accumulated multiplier determines the payout for the winning Bonus bet.
Watch for Bonus Boosters
Before the bonus begins, up to three random Boosters can be added to the Bonus betting position:
- Robot Assistant: Automatically adds an extra block after each successful placement, without the risk of collapse.
- Double Multiplier: Doubles the additive multiplier values before construction begins.
- Parachute Multiplier: Adds extra multiplier opportunities during construction, even when a block fails to land.
Additional Booster effects may also appear during the bonus game.
With the right combination of building blocks, multipliers and Boosters, the maximum payout can reach 10,000x your bet, capped at €500,000.
“Three tower-building bonus games, potential payouts up to 10,000x and a solid 96.73% RTP make MONOPOLY Property Tycoon look promising.
As a fan of live game shows, I’m particularly curious about the bonus features. But will the gameplay live up to the expectations? I can’t wait to test it myself.”
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Betting Options Explained
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon offers more betting variety than a traditional money-wheel game. Players can choose between eight Rent Collector colours, Any Property, Market Crash, and three separate bonus games.
What makes the betting system particularly interesting is that some wagers are returned when they do not win.

Rent Collector – Eight Property Colours
The wheel contains 40 Rent Collector segments divided among eight colours. You can bet on one or several colours in the same round. A winning Rent Collector bet pays 2:1, potentially increased by a random wheel multiplier.
However, there is an unusual rule: a Rent Collector bet is only lost when Market Crash lands. If the wheel stops on another Rent Collector colour or a Bonus segment, your original stake is returned instead of being lost.
This makes Rent Collector different from traditional money-wheel betting, where an unsuccessful prediction usually means losing your stake.
Any Property – Cover Every Colour
Any Property covers all 40 Rent Collector segments with a single bet. If any Rent Collector colour wins, Any Property pays 0.25:1. The stake is returned when Bonus lands, while a Market Crash result causes the bet to lose.
This option offers broader coverage but a considerably smaller regular payout than betting on an individual colour.
Market Crash – Variable Payouts
Market Crash occupies 12 of the wheel’s 58 segments. Before each round, it receives a randomly assigned return of 4x, 7x or 10x, corresponding to winning payouts of 3:1, 6:1 or 9:1.
A winning Market Crash bet can also benefit from a random multiplier applied to the winning wheel segment. With an RTP of 94.77%, Market Crash has the lowest theoretical return of the six betting options.
Bonus Bets – Choose Your Construction Project
The remaining six segments trigger the bonus selection wheel, which determines whether Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers or Epic Heights begins.
You must select the bonus game you want to back before the main wheel spins. Each has its own RTP, selection probability, and block multiplier range. Unlike Rent Collector, these bonus bets are specifically tied to the selected bonus game.
Which Betting Option Looks Most Interesting?
The unusual Rent Collector refund rule is one of the game’s most distinctive betting features. For players who prefer bonus rounds, the three tower-building options provide a completely different experience. The best mathematical choice is explained in our RTP and Payouts section.
The Three Bonus Games in MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Explained
The three tower-building bonus games are arguably the most interesting feature of MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Live. Instead of moving around a traditional MONOPOLY board, Mr. Monopoly takes players to a construction site where a crane stacks building blocks to create increasingly valuable properties.
Every successfully placed block contributes to a growing multiplier. Some blocks add to the accumulated value, while others multiply it. Special Boosters can also influence construction, creating opportunities for substantially larger payouts.
But there is an important difference between the three bonus games: they do not have the same selection probability, multiplier range, or theoretical RTP.
How Are the Three Bonus Games Selected?
The main 58-segment wheel contains six Bonus segments. When one of these lands, a separate 12-segment mini wheel determines which bonus game begins.
| Bonus Game | Mini-Wheel Segments | Selection Chance* | Block Multipliers | RTP |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lil’ Blocks | 6 of 12 | 50.00% | 2x–7x | 96.38% |
| Big Towers | 4 of 12 | 33.33% | 2x–10x | 96.73% |
| Epic Heights | 2 of 12 | 16.67% | 2x–20x | 95.68% |
Selection chances are calculated from the number of mini-wheel segments, assuming each segment has an equal probability of being selected. They apply only after the main wheel has landed on Bonus.
This distribution means Lil’ Blocks is selected most frequently, while Epic Heights is the rarest of the three.
Importantly, you must place your bet on the specific bonus game before the main wheel spins. Betting on Lil’ Blocks does not automatically cover Big Towers or Epic Heights.
1. Lil’ Blocks – The Most Frequently Selected Bonus
Lil’ Blocks occupies six of the 12 segments on the bonus selection wheel, giving it a 50% selection probability whenever the main wheel triggers a bonus.
Its building blocks carry multiplier values between 2x and 7x, making this the most modest of the three bonus variants in terms of individual block values.
Once construction begins, the crane places blocks on top of each other. Every successful placement can increase the tower’s accumulated multiplier, while multiplicative blocks can boost the total further.
Construction continues until the tower reaches its maximum height or a block fails to land successfully.
RTP: 96.38%
Lil’ Blocks offers a respectable theoretical return, although it is slightly lower than Big Towers.
2. Big Towers – The Best RTP in the Game
Big Towers occupies four of the 12 mini-wheel segments, representing a 33.33% selection probability after a bonus is triggered.
Individual block multipliers range from 2x to 10x. As in Lil’ Blocks, the accumulated value can increase through a combination of additive and multiplicative blocks.
What makes Big Towers particularly interesting is its 96.73% RTP, the highest of all six betting options in MONOPOLY Property Tycoon.
That is an important distinction. Big Towers does not offer the highest individual block multiplier, but it provides the strongest theoretical return over the long run.
RTP: 96.73%
From a mathematical perspective, Big Towers is the most attractive bonus option. Whether it also provides the most enjoyable bonus experience is something I will judge after testing the game.
3. Epic Heights – The Biggest Individual Block Multipliers

Epic Heights occupies just two of the 12 mini-wheel segments, giving it a 16.67% selection probability when a bonus is triggered.
This variant features individual block multipliers ranging from 2x to 20x, the highest range among the three bonus games.
As the crane stacks blocks, additive values increase the running total, while multiplicative values can produce much larger jumps in the accumulated multiplier.
However, higher potential block values do not automatically mean better theoretical returns.
RTP: 95.68%
Epic Heights has a lower RTP than both Lil’ Blocks and Big Towers. Its attraction lies in the possibility of larger multiplier combinations rather than superior mathematical value.
How Do the Tower Multipliers Work?
All three bonus games use the same basic construction principle.
A crane attempts to stack blocks, and each successfully placed block contributes to the tower’s multiplier in one of two ways:
- Additive multipliers: Increase the accumulated value by a specified amount.
- Multiplicative multipliers: Multiply the accumulated value, potentially creating a much larger increase.
For example, imagine a tower has accumulated 10x.
If the next block adds 5x, the total becomes 15x. If a subsequent block multiplies that value by 3, the accumulated multiplier becomes 45x.
This is a simplified mathematical illustration, not a confirmed sequence or payout example from the actual game.
Construction ends when the tower reaches its maximum height or a block fails to land successfully. A helicopter then places a roof on the building, completing the bonus and applying the accumulated multiplier to the winning bet.
The combination of additive and multiplicative values is particularly important. A multiplicative block can have a much greater effect after the tower has already accumulated a substantial value.
How Often Can a Bonus Game Appear?
The main wheel contains six Bonus segments out of 58. Assuming equally likely segments, that gives a theoretical 10.34% chance of triggering a bonus on any spin.
Combining this with the mini-wheel distribution gives the following probabilities:
| Bonus Game | Approximate Chance per Main-Wheel Spin | Average Frequency* |
|---|---|---|
| Lil’ Blocks | 5.17% | 1 in 19.3 spins |
| Big Towers | 3.45% | 1 in 29 spins |
| Epic Heights | 1.72% | 1 in 58 spins |
| Any Bonus | 10.34% | 1 in 9.7 spins |
These are theoretical probabilities derived from the wheel segment counts, assuming equally likely outcomes. They are long-run averages, not predictions or guaranteed intervals.
These figures are useful when choosing between the three bonus bets. Epic Heights may offer the largest individual block multipliers, but its bonus is selected only about one-third as often as Lil’ Blocks.
Can the Bonus Payout Reach 10,000x?
According to Evolution, MONOPOLY Property Tycoon offers a maximum payout of 10,000x the bet, capped at €500,000.
This is the overall advertised maximum for the game, not a guaranteed or typical result in any of the three bonus variants.
The individual block multiplier ranges of 2x–7x, 2x–10x and 2x–20x should not be confused with the final bonus payouts. The accumulated value can become much larger as blocks are added and multiplied, particularly when Boosters are involved.
Evolution’s factsheet does not specify a separate maximum payout for each individual bonus game.
Which Bonus Game Looks Most Attractive?
Each bonus game has a different appeal. Lil’ Blocks is selected most frequently, Big Towers offers the highest RTP, and Epic Heights features the largest individual block multipliers.
The real difference in entertainment value will become clear once we can compare the three construction sequences during actual gameplay.
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon Bonus Boosters Explained
The three tower-building bonus games already offer plenty of multiplier potential, but MONOPOLY Property Tycoon adds another layer of excitement with its Bonus Boosters.
Before a bonus begins, up to three random Boosters can be assigned to the Bonus betting position. Each one influences the construction process differently, potentially increasing the final payout.
Evolution has introduced three main Boosters: Robot Assistant, Double Multiplier, and Parachute Multiplier.
1. Robot Assistant – Build Without Additional Risk
The Robot Assistant helps the construction crane build a taller and potentially more valuable tower. Whenever a block is successfully placed, the Robot Assistant automatically adds another block without any risk of that additional block causing the tower to collapse.
This is particularly interesting because every extra block creates another opportunity to increase the accumulated multiplier.
The Robot Assistant does not guarantee a huge payout, but it can extend the construction process without introducing additional failure risk for its automatically placed blocks.

2. Double Multiplier – Increase the Value of Additive Blocks
The Double Multiplier Booster increases the value of additive multipliers before construction begins. For example, an additive 5x block becomes 10x, while an additive 8x block becomes 16x.
However, there is an important distinction: multiplicative multipliers are not doubled. This means a block that multiplies the accumulated total by 3 still applies a 3x multiplication.
The real potential comes from the interaction between additive and multiplicative blocks. Higher additive values can create a larger accumulated total, which may subsequently be multiplied by another block.
3. Parachute Multiplier – Extra Multipliers From Above
The Parachute Multiplier adds another unpredictable element to the tower-building process. From the second block-drop phase onwards, additional additive multipliers may parachute into the construction area and increase the accumulated tower value.
What makes this Booster particularly interesting is that a parachute multiplier can still be added even if the current block fails to land successfully.
In other words, the tower may receive an additional multiplier increase even when construction is about to end.
Unlike the Robot Assistant, this Booster does not guarantee additional blocks. Instead, it creates opportunities to increase the value of the existing tower.
Can Multiple Boosters Appear Together?
Yes. According to Evolution, a Bonus betting position can receive up to three random Boosters before the bonus begins. This creates the possibility of several effects influencing the same construction sequence.
For example, a Double Multiplier could increase additive block values, while the Robot Assistant adds extra blocks without collapse risk. Parachute Multipliers could then provide further increases to the accumulated total.
That is an illustrative combination of the published mechanics, not a confirmed example of an actual bonus result.
Evolution also mentions that additional Booster effects may appear randomly during construction, although the official factsheet does not specify their exact probabilities.
Which Booster Looks Most Interesting?
Based on the available information, I am particularly interested in the Robot Assistant. The possibility of adding extra blocks without additional collapse risk sounds promising, especially when multiplicative blocks are involved. Double Multiplier could also be valuable when several additive blocks appear before a large multiplication.
Parachute Multiplier is perhaps the most unpredictable of the three, with the interesting possibility of increasing the payout even after a failed block placement.
However, it is too early to determine which Booster is actually the most valuable. Evolution has not provided separate RTP contributions or appearance probabilities for the individual Boosters.
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon RTP, Payouts and Maximum Wins
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon has an optimal theoretical Return to Player (RTP) of 96.73%, available on Big Towers.
Interestingly, all six betting options have RTPs between 94.77% and 96.73%. That is a relatively narrow range compared with live casino games where side bets can offer considerably lower returns.
Complete RTP and Payout Table
| Betting Option | RTP | Standard Payout / Potential |
|---|---|---|
| Rent Collector | 96.55% | 2:1 |
| Any Property | 96.55% | 0.25:1 |
| Market Crash | 94.77% | 3:1–9:1 |
| Lil’ Blocks | 96.38% | Accumulated bonus multiplier |
| Big Towers | 96.73% | Accumulated bonus multiplier |
| Epic Heights | 95.68% | Accumulated bonus multiplier |
Random wheel multipliers can increase winning Rent Collector and Market Crash payouts. The bonus games use accumulated multipliers generated during tower construction. Evolution does not specify a separate maximum payout for each bonus game in the official factsheet.
What Is the Maximum Win?
Evolution advertises a maximum payout of 10,000x your bet, capped at €500,000. That means the multiplier limit and monetary limit both matter. For example, a 10,000x result on a €10 bet would represent €100,000, while a larger stake could reach the €500,000 cap.
However, the maximum payout is an upper limit, not an indication of how frequently large wins occur.
Which Bet Has the Best RTP?
Big Towers leads with 96.73%, followed by Rent Collector and Any Property at 96.55%. The difference between the best and worst RTP is only 1.96 percentage points.
That is encouraging because players can choose between several different betting styles without facing the enormous RTP differences sometimes found between main bets and bonus bets.
Still, RTP represents a theoretical long-term average. It does not predict the result of an individual session.
Tips and Strategies for MONOPOLY Property Tycoon
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon is a game of chance, and no betting strategy can guarantee a profit. However, Evolution’s official game information already reveals several details worth considering before placing your first bets.
1. Choose Your Bets Based on RTP
Big Towers offers the highest theoretical return at 96.73%, closely followed by Rent Collector and Any Property at 96.55%.
Market Crash has the lowest RTP at 94.77%. Although that is not an exceptionally poor return for a live casino game, it is mathematically less attractive than the other options. I would pay more attention to these figures than to the size of the advertised multipliers.
2. Understand the Rent Collector Refund Rule
One of the game’s most unusual features is that a Rent Collector bet is returned when another property colour or a Bonus segment lands. Only Market Crash causes that bet to lose.
This does not eliminate the house edge, but it changes how often your stake is returned compared with conventional money-wheel betting.
3. Don’t Confuse Bonus Frequency With Better Value
Lil’ Blocks occupies six segments on the bonus selection wheel, Big Towers four and Epic Heights two. That makes Lil’ Blocks the most frequently selected bonus, but Big Towers has the highest RTP. A bonus that appears more often is not necessarily the best mathematical choice.
4. Don’t Chase the 10,000x Maximum
The advertised maximum of 10,000x is exciting, but it should not determine your betting budget. The official factsheet does not reveal how frequently extremely large payouts occur. I recommend treating the maximum win as a possibility rather than a realistic target for an ordinary session.
5. Set Your Budget Before Playing
With eight colours, Market Crash and three bonus games to choose from, it may be tempting to spread bets across numerous positions. However, placing multiple bets increases your total amount wagered per round.
Decide how much you are comfortable spending before playing and remember that random multipliers and Boosters do not remove the mathematical house edge.
My Pre-Release Strategy
Based purely on the published figures, I would be most interested in Big Towers because of its 96.73% RTP. I would also experiment with Rent Collector to see how its unusual refund mechanism affects the feel of an ordinary session.
Once the game launches, I will test different betting combinations and update these recommendations with my own gameplay experience.
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon vs. MONOPOLY Live vs. MONOPOLY Big Baller
Evolution has already brought the MONOPOLY board game to life in several different ways. MONOPOLY Live combines a money wheel with a virtual board game, while MONOPOLY Big Baller uses bingo-style cards and numbered balls.
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon takes a different approach. Instead of moving Mr. Monopoly around the familiar board, its three bonus games focus on constructing buildings and accumulating multipliers.
How Do the Three Games Compare?
| Feature | MONOPOLY Property Tycoon | MONOPOLY Live | MONOPOLY Big Baller |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main Game | 58-segment virtual wheel | 54-segment physical money wheel | Bingo-style ball drawing |
| Main Bets | Property colours, Any Property, Market Crash | Numbers 1, 2, 5, 10 | Chance and Free Space bingo cards |
| Bonus Games | Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers, Epic Heights | 2 Rolls and 4 Rolls | 3 Rolls and 5 Rolls |
| Bonus Mechanics | Stack buildings and accumulate multipliers | Move around a virtual MONOPOLY board | Move around a virtual MONOPOLY board |
| Special Features | Random wheel multipliers and three Boosters | Chance cards and multipliers | Free Spaces, Chance cards and multipliers |
| Optimal RTP | 96.73% | Varies by betting option | Varies by betting option |
| Gameplay Style | Wheel-based game show with construction bonuses | Traditional money-wheel game show | Bingo combined with board-game bonuses |
What Makes Property Tycoon Different?
The biggest difference is the bonus system.
In MONOPOLY Live, Mr. Monopoly moves around a virtual board according to the results of live dice rolls. MONOPOLY Big Baller uses a similar board-game concept, but players first try to complete bingo-style cards.
Property Tycoon replaces this familiar board-game mechanic with three construction-themed bonuses. A crane stacks multiplier blocks, while features such as Robot Assistant, Double Multiplier and Parachute Multiplier can increase the accumulated payout.
Another interesting difference is the Rent Collector betting system. Unlike the regular number bets in MONOPOLY Live, Rent Collector returns your stake when another property colour or a Bonus segment lands. Only Market Crash causes the bet to lose.
Which MONOPOLY Game Looks Most Interesting?
All three games offer something different.
MONOPOLY Live is the most traditional money-wheel experience, while MONOPOLY Big Baller appeals to players who enjoy bingo-style gameplay with additional bonus opportunities.
Property Tycoon looks particularly interesting for players who prefer multiple bonus games and accumulating multipliers.
Personally, I enjoy both MONOPOLY Live and MONOPOLY Big Baller, but I am especially curious about Property Tycoon’s construction bonuses. The combination of additive and multiplicative blocks could create some exciting moments.
However, I will reserve my final judgement until I have tested the game myself. Three bonus games may sound more impressive than two, but what really matters is how entertaining they are during an actual playing session.

What’s My Opinion on MONOPOLY Property Tycoon? – First Impression
I have always had a soft spot for live casino game shows, particularly those featuring money wheels, exciting bonus rounds, and multipliers. So whenever Evolution announces a new MONOPOLY game, it immediately catches my attention.
MONOPOLY Property Tycoon certainly looks promising on paper. The combination of a 58-segment wheel, three different tower-building bonus games, and random multipliers gives me plenty to look forward to. I particularly like the idea of watching a construction crane stack multiplier blocks, with the potential payout increasing as the tower grows.
The three Boosters also sound interesting. Robot Assistant, Double Multiplier, and Parachute Multiplier introduce different ways to increase the accumulated multiplier. I am curious to see whether these features create the kind of suspense that makes a bonus round genuinely entertaining.
From a mathematical perspective, the game makes a reasonably good first impression. The optimal RTP of 96.73% is attractive, although Market Crash offers a noticeably lower 94.77%. I also appreciate the unusual Rent Collector betting system, where your stake is returned on several outcomes that would normally result in a loss.
However, I do have some reservations.
Three bonus games sound impressive, but that does not automatically make a game entertaining. The real question is whether the construction sequences are exciting enough to watch repeatedly. I also wonder whether the different bonuses will feel sufficiently distinct or whether they will eventually become variations of the same building process.
And while a maximum payout of 10,000x certainly looks attractive, I am more interested in how the game feels during an ordinary session than in an exceptionally rare maximum win.
My First Impression: MONOPOLY Property Tycoon has several ingredients I enjoy in a live casino game show. The property-development theme, multiple bonus games and different multiplier mechanics make it one of Evolution’s upcoming releases I am particularly interested in testing. But an impressive list of features is not enough to earn a high rating from me.
For now, I am cautiously optimistic. As soon as the game becomes available, I will play it myself and update this review with my actual experiences, detailed scores and final verdict.

The highest RTP is 96.73%, available on Big Towers. Rent Collector and Any Property both offer 96.55%, Lil’ Blocks returns 96.38%, Epic Heights 95.68% and Market Crash 94.77%.
There are three bonus games: Lil’ Blocks, Big Towers and Epic Heights. All three involve stacking building blocks with additive and multiplicative multipliers. They differ in their selection probabilities, individual block multiplier ranges and RTPs.
If another Rent Collector colour lands, your original stake is returned. The same happens when the wheel stops on Bonus. A Rent Collector bet is only lost when Market Crash lands.
The main wheel contains six Bonus segments out of 58, representing approximately 10.34% of its segments. Assuming equally likely outcomes, that corresponds to an average of one bonus trigger every 9.7 spins. Actual results can vary considerably.
Big Towers has the highest RTP at 96.73%. Interestingly, Epic Heights offers larger individual block multipliers, ranging up to 20x, but its RTP is lower at 95.68%.
Evolution advertises a maximum payout of 10,000x your bet, subject to a €500,000 monetary cap. However, the official factsheet does not specify the probability of reaching this maximum.
Robot Assistant adds extra blocks without collapse risk for those automatic placements. Double Multiplier doubles additive multiplier values, while Parachute Multiplier can introduce additional additive multipliers during construction. Up to three random Boosters can be assigned before a bonus begins.
Evolution has confirmed 25 November 2026 as the official release date for MONOPOLY Property Tycoon. However, Evolution frequently makes new games available at selected online casinos before their official launch. Based on previous releases, I would not be surprised to see MONOPOLY Property Tycoon appear at some casinos one or two weeks earlier. This has not yet been confirmed, but we will be watching closely and plan to test the game as soon as it becomes available.
Not yet. This preview is based on Evolution’s official pre-release documentation. As soon as the game becomes available, we plan to conduct our own test sessions and update the review with firsthand gameplay observations, detailed ratings and a final expert verdict.
