Quicky Summary
- Fortune Roulette scored 8.8/10 in our review. Its biggest strength is the combination of Fortune Multipliers, the Chest feature, and a 5×3 slot Bonus, with all inside bets qualifying for the special features rather than only Straight-Up bets.
- When we played it, we found more depth than most multiplier roulette games.
- The features lower the return on inside bets. They pay back 95.07%, against 97.30% on outside bets. We think that 2.23% gap is a reasonable trade if you want the bonus features. If you want the highest long-term return, place outside bets.
- The top win from the slot bonus is very rare. In normal play, you are far more likely to trigger the Fortune Multipliers or the Chest feature, which still pay well.
- The interface is modern and stays intuitive, though new players may need a few rounds to follow how the features work together.
- Expert View: Fortune Roulette is one of the more creative multiplier roulette games we’ve played. The 5×3 Bonus game and Chest feature add real depth instead of simply increasing straight-up payouts, while allowing all inside bets to qualify for the special features gives players more ways to experience them. The main drawback is the lower 95.07% RTP on inside bets, but if you play primarily for the extra features, we think that is a reasonable trade-off.

What Is Fortune Roulette?
Fortune Roulette is a live roulette game from Pragmatic Play, released in 2025. It adds three win features to the standard wheel: Fortune Multipliers, a Chest feature, and a 5×3 slot bonus game.
At the start of each round, up to six numbers receive random Fortune Multipliers. One number is also assigned the Bonus symbol in every round, while a Chest number only appears in some rounds.
If the ball lands on an active Chest number, all Fortune Multipliers on the table are combined into one payout. If it lands on the Bonus number, the game transitions into the 5×3 slot-style Bonus game. All inside bets covering the winning special number qualify, with the payout adjusted according to how many numbers the bet covers.
These features make Fortune Roulette play like a hybrid of roulette and a video slot, which is what sets it apart from a standard multiplier roulette.

Watch the Multiplier, Chest and Bonus Numbers

At the start of each round, up to six numbers receive random Fortune Multipliers of up to 540x. On the screen behind the wheel, golden briefcases open to reveal which numbers have multipliers.
In addition, one number becomes the Chest and another the Bonus.
Dealer Spins the Wheel

When the betting time ends, the live dealer spins the wheel and launches the ball in the opposite direction.
Result

- If your bet wins on a multiplier number, you receive the boosted payout.
- If the ball lands on the Chest number, you collect all active multipliers on the screen (up to 3,240x).
- If it lands on the Bonus number, you enter the live slot bonus game, where you can win up to 9,000x your stake.
All these features can be won with any inside bet. A straight-up bet pays 100% of the multiplier, a split pays 50%, a street about 33%, a corner 25%, and a line bet about 16%.
For a full explanation of these features, see the section about the special features
“I am a huge fan of roulette, so this game was my cup of tea. Lady Luck was on my side, too, so after just a few rounds, I hit the Straight-Up bet and won 60x.
However, the real trills began when I entered the bonus game. The slot machine was also generous to me.
I got three Chests, collected five more free spins, and a 2x additional multiplier that helped me win 84x.”
Fortune Roulette Special Features
I’ve already mentioned that this game has three extras that make it exciting and engaging. Let’s dive into each of them to find out what you can win.
Fortune Multipliers
Up to six numbers in each round can receive one of the Fortune Multipliers. The maximum multiplier is 540x, but you’ll also see other values, like 48x, 60x, or 360x.
Remember that you can win multipliers with any inside bet, which I consider one of the main selling points of this game, besides the Chest feature and the slot-style bonus game of course.
Also, it’s worth noting that the winnings depend on the bet type. The Straight-Up awards the full multiplier (100%), while Split Bet gives you half (50%). In other words, the multiplier values are proportional to the number of fields covered by each inside bet.
Chest Feature
The Chest feature is the most exciting extra in this game. It’s an original addition you won’t find in other roulette games with multipliers. However, what makes this feature stand out isn’t just its originality. It’s what it actually does.
If you’re lucky and you win the Chest number, the feature will collect all multipliers on the screen. In case there are six of them with a maximum 540x value, you can win up to 3,240x. Pretty impressive!
And yes, all six numbers can have the maximum 540x multiplier. Whether you’ll actually see it happen is another story.
It’s worth noting that the Chest feature is not available in every round. Just like the number of multipliers can change in every round, the Chest can remain closed.
Bonus Game
If the winning number carries the Bonus symbol and your inside bet covers that number, Fortune Roulette switches from the live roulette studio to a giant 5×3 slot-style Bonus game.
The Bonus starts with five spins. Multiplier coins and Chest symbols can appear on the reels. A multiplier coin only adds value to your win if a Chest lands during the same spin. When that happens, the Chest collects all multiplier coins visible on the reels. Coins that appear without a Chest are discarded.
Collecting Chests also extends the Bonus. At 3, 6 and 9 collected Chests, you receive another five spins, allowing the Bonus to continue for a maximum of 20 spins.
Each extra set also increases the value of the collected coins:
- 3 Chests: +5 spins and collected coins pay at 2x their value
- 6 Chests: +5 spins and collected coins pay at 5x their value
- 9 Chests: +5 spins and collected coins pay at 10x their value
The maximum possible Bonus multiplier is 9,000x. As with the other special features, your actual payout depends on the inside bet covering the Bonus number: Straight Up receives the full payout, Split 1/2, Street 1/3, Corner 1/4 and Six Line 1/6.
During our latest test session, we triggered the Bonus once and finished with a 48x payout.
| Feature | How It Works | Max Win |
|---|---|---|
| Fortune Multipliers | Up to six numbers per round get a random multiplier up to 540x, which is applied to your winning bet. | 540x |
| Chest | One number per round receives a chest. If the ball lands on this number, all active multipliers on the table are collected into one combined payout. | 3,240x |
| Bonus | One number per round receives a bonus symbol. If the ball lands on this number, you can play a live slot game with Chest symbols and huge multipliers. | 9,000x |
Fortune Roulette Payouts
The payouts for outside bets are the same as in regular European roulette. The RTP for these bets is 97.30%.
For inside bets, things work a bit differently. The standard payouts are slightly lower to make room for the special multiplier and bonus features. As a result, the RTP for inside bets is 95.07%.
This is a little lower than in traditional roulette, but that’s reasonable considering these bets can trigger features with wins of up to 9,000x your stake.
Here’s an overview of all bet types and payouts in Fortune Roulette:
| Bets | Payouts |
|---|---|
| Straight Up | 23 – 8999:1 |
| Split | 11 – 4499:1 |
| Street | 7 – 2999:1 |
| Corner | 5 – 2249:1 |
| Six Line | 3 – 1499:1 |
| Column/Dozen | 2:1 |
| Red/Black | 1:1 |
| Even/Odd | 1:1 |
| 1-18/19-36 | 1:1 |
Keep in mind that your bonus feature winnings depend on the type of inside bet you place. For example, if you hit a 240x multiplier on a straight-up bet, your stake is multiplied by the full amount.
If you win with a street bet covering three numbers, you’ll receive one-third of the multiplier, thus, 80x.
Game Interface Explained
The user interface is similar to any other live roulette game from Pragmatic Play. It means it’s intuitive and easy to navigate.
The standard betting grid is front and centre, and the Racetrack is on the left-hand side. When you hover over the Racetrack section bets, you will see these sections on the main grid, too, which is convenient.
If you don’t want to use the Racetrack, simply click the arrow to remove it from the screen.
The statistics panels are on the right, where you’ll see the wheel with results and hot and cold numbers. There is also a panel displaying statistics about outside bets and another panel showing the latest results, including bonus features.
If you like Pragmatic’s pre-configured special bets, click the star icon to see them. You can also use the bet builder to create and save your favourite bet patterns.
Finally, the settings, the help page, and the live chat are located in the upper corner of the screen.
- Betting Grid – Here, you place coins on your desired inside or outside bets.
- Racetrack – Use it if you prefer Section or Neighbour bets.
- Payouts and Limits – Check out the bet limits and payouts.
- Statistics – View previous results, hot and cold numbers, and recent feature activity. These statistics describe past results and do not predict the next spin..
- Autoplay – Set up the number of rounds in which you’ll play your favourite bets.
- Chat – Click on it to communicate with dealers and players.
Fortune Roulette works smoothly on all mobile devices, allowing you to enjoy top-quality gameplay on the go.

Fortune Roulette vs Monopoly Roulette
Fortune Roulette and Monopoly Roulette both combine classic roulette with bonus features, but they create very different experiences.
Fortune Roulette stays close to traditional European Roulette. It adds Fortune Multipliers, a Chest Bonus, and a 5×3 slot bonus, giving players multiple ways to increase their winnings while keeping the focus on the roulette wheel.
Monopoly Roulette is more interactive. Bonus numbers can trigger either the Community Chest or MONOPOLY Bonus, where players enter dedicated bonus games inspired by the famous board game. This creates a stronger game show atmosphere and more visual variety than Fortune Roulette.
Fortune Roulette has the advantage in terms of maximum win, offering up to 9,000x compared to 5,000x in Monopoly Roulette. Monopoly Roulette, however, delivers a more immersive experience thanks to its licensed theme and dedicated bonus rounds.
If you enjoy traditional roulette with layered bonus mechanics, Fortune Roulette is the better choice. If you’re a MONOPOLY fan or prefer more interactive bonus games, Monopoly Roulette offers a more entertaining overall experience.

Tips & Strategies for Fortune Roulette
No betting strategy can predict where the ball will land or overcome the house edge in Fortune Roulette. However, your choice of bet has a major influence on the RTP, hit frequency, and access to the special features, so understanding those differences can help you choose how you want to play.
Know the Difference Between Inside and Outside Bets
This is the most important thing to understand before playing Fortune Roulette. Outside bets have an RTP of 97.30%, while inside bets return 95.07%.
The reason for accepting the lower RTP is that inside bets qualify for the Fortune Multipliers, Chest, and Bonus features. Outside bets retain the better mathematical return but don’t give you access to these enhanced payouts.
So there is a clear choice: outside bets for the highest RTP, inside bets if experiencing the special features is an important part of why you are playing Fortune Roulette.
Straight-Up Bets Give You the Full Multiplier
You don’t have to place Straight-Up bets to qualify for Fortune Multipliers. Split, Street, Corner and Six Line bets can also benefit when they cover the winning number.
However, the multiplier is adjusted according to how many numbers your bet covers. A Straight-Up receives 100% of the multiplier, a Split 50%, a Street one-third, a Corner one-quarter and a Six Line one-sixth.
That creates a genuine trade-off. Straight-Ups give you the full multiplier when you hit the correct number, while bets covering multiple numbers increase your hit frequency but reduce the multiplier payout proportionally.
Don’t Bet More Just Because a Number Has a Multiplier
Seeing a 540x Fortune Multiplier appear on a number can make it tempting to add another chip before betting closes. Remember that the multiplier does not make that number more likely to win.
The roulette ball still determines the result. A heavily boosted number has the same probability of being selected by the wheel as any other individual number.
Understand What You’re Actually Chasing
Fortune Roulette has several levels of win potential. Fortune Multipliers can reach 540x, the Chest can combine the active multipliers for a theoretical maximum of 3,240x, and the 5×3 Bonus game can reach 9,000x.
Those headline figures shouldn’t be treated as typical outcomes. In our experience, ordinary Fortune Multiplier hits are much more realistic than landing the conditions required for the very largest Chest or Bonus payouts.
Choose inside bets because you enjoy this extra variance and win potential, not because the maximum 9,000x payout makes them mathematically better bets.
Don’t Chase the Chest or Bonus Number
The Chest and Bonus numbers can look particularly attractive when they appear, but their presence doesn’t change the basic randomness of the roulette result.
A Bonus number that hasn’t landed for a long time isn’t “due”, and several recent feature hits don’t make another one less likely. Each new roulette spin is independent of the previous results.
The same applies to hot and cold numbers shown in the interface. They describe previous results; they don’t predict the next one.
Decide Your Total Stake Before Spreading Your Bets
Fortune Roulette makes it tempting to cover several numbers because all inside bets can potentially interact with the special features. But adding another Straight-Up, Split or Street also increases your total stake if you keep your other bets unchanged.
Decide first how much you want to risk on one roulette round, then distribute that amount across your chosen bets. This is particularly useful in Fortune Roulette because chasing newly displayed multipliers can otherwise make your total stake creep upwards from one round to the next.
Outside Bets Are Still Worth Considering
If the Bonus features aren’t your main reason for playing, don’t overlook regular roulette bets. Red/Black, Odd/Even, Low/High, Dozens and Columns retain the standard European Roulette payouts and 97.30% RTP.
You won’t participate in the enhanced inside-bet payouts with these bets, but mathematically they offer the best return available in Fortune Roulette.
Our Tip: First decide whether you’re playing Fortune Roulette for roulette or for its special features. If RTP is your priority, the 97.30% outside bets are the better mathematical choice. If Fortune Multipliers, the Chest, and the 5×3 Bonus are what attracted you to the game, you’ll need inside bets and accept their lower 95.07% RTP. There is no betting pattern that turns either option into a winning system.
Who Is Fortune Roulette Best Suited For?
| Best Suited For | Less Suitable For |
|---|---|
| Roulette players who enjoy multipliers and Bonus features | Players who only want traditional European Roulette |
| Players who like combining roulette with slot-style gameplay | Players who dislike Bonus interruptions |
| Players attracted by high multiplier potential | Players who prefer frequent, smaller payouts |
| Players who want more variety than standard multiplier roulette | Players looking for very simple roulette gameplay |
| Players who like using Split, Street, and other inside bets for features | Players focused mainly on the highest possible RTP |
| Players who enjoy feature-rich, faster-paced live games | Players who prefer slow, traditional roulette sessions |
Fortune Roulette is particularly well suited to roulette players who want more than random multipliers on Straight-Up bets. All inside bets can qualify for the Fortune Multipliers, Chest and Bonus features, while the 5×3 slot Bonus adds a completely different type of gameplay.
If your priority is purely the best mathematical return, the game’s special features are less attractive: inside bets have a 95.07% RTP, compared with 97.30% for outside bets. Fortune Roulette makes most sense for players willing to accept that lower RTP in exchange for access to the extra features and larger potential payouts.

My Personal Opinion on Fortune Roulette
Fortune Roulette is exactly the kind of modern roulette game I enjoy. I’m a big fan of roulette variants that take the familiar game and add multipliers and genuinely different Bonus features without making the roulette wheel itself feel secondary.
What I particularly like here is the depth. Fortune Multipliers alone would already make the game more interesting than standard European Roulette, but Pragmatic Play goes further with the Chest feature and a complete 5×3 slot-style Bonus game. As someone who enjoys both live casino games and slots, I love that combination. Reaching the Bonus and suddenly seeing the game turn into a slot with Chests, extra spins, and increasing multipliers gives Fortune Roulette its own identity.
I also like that you don’t have to rely exclusively on Straight-Up bets to experience the special features. I personally enjoy playing Splits and Streets, so the fact that all inside bets can qualify suits the way I like to play. Of course, the trade-off is important: inside bets have an RTP of 95.07%, compared with 97.30% for outside bets. That’s quite a difference, and something players should know before deciding how to play.
During my own play, I hit a 60x Straight-Up win and later reached the Bonus game, where three Chests gave me another five spins and a 2x multiplier. That Bonus eventually paid me 84x. Neither was anywhere near the theoretical 9,000x maximum, but those are exactly the moments that make this type of roulette entertaining for me.
Expert View: Fortune Roulette is one of the more interesting modern roulette variants I’ve played. It has the multipliers I enjoy, but the Chest and slot Bonus give it considerably more depth than a roulette game that simply boosts a few winning numbers. The 95.07% RTP on inside bets is its main weakness, but from an entertainment perspective, I think Pragmatic Play has created an excellent hybrid of live roulette and slot-style Bonus gameplay.
FAQs
Fortune Roulette is a live European Roulette variant from Pragmatic Play that combines traditional roulette with Fortune Multipliers, a Chest feature and a 5×3 slot-style Bonus game. Unlike many multiplier roulette games, all inside bets can qualify for the special features, not only Straight-Up bets.
Fortune Roulette has two main RTP levels. Outside bets have an RTP of 97.30%, while inside bets have an RTP of 95.07%. The lower RTP on inside bets accounts for the additional value provided by the Fortune Multipliers, Chest and Bonus features.
The outside bets offer the highest RTP at 97.30%. These include Red/Black, Odd/Even, Low/High, Dozens and Columns. Inside bets have a lower 95.07% RTP but qualify for Fortune Roulette’s special features.
The maximum multiplier in Fortune Roulette is 9,000x, available through the 5×3 Bonus game. The Chest feature can reach 3,240x, while individual Fortune Multipliers can reach 540x. The version covered in our review has a maximum payout limit of €500,000.
Between one and six numbers can receive Fortune Multipliers in a round, with individual multipliers reaching up to 540x. If the ball lands on one of these numbers and your inside bet covers it, the multiplier is applied according to your bet type.
No. Straight-Up, Split, Street, Corner, and Six Line bets can all qualify. However, a Straight-Up receives the full multiplier, while bets covering multiple numbers receive a proportional share. For example, a Split receives 50%, and a Street receives one-third of the displayed multiplier.
When the Chest feature is active, one roulette number is marked with a Chest. If the ball lands on that number and your bet qualifies, the feature combines the active Fortune Multipliers. With six 540x multipliers, the theoretical maximum is 3,240x. The Chest is not active in every round.
When the Bonus number wins and your inside bet covers it, the game switches to a 5×3 slot-style Bonus. It starts with five spins, during which Chest symbols collect multipliers shown on the reels. Collecting enough Chests awards additional spins and multiplier boosts, with up to 20 spins and a maximum 9,000x multiplier possible.
Fortune Roulette reduces the base payouts on inside bets to fund the additional features. A Straight-Up, for example, starts at 23:1 instead of the traditional 35:1 before enhanced payouts are considered. This results in a 95.07% RTP for inside bets, compared with 97.30% for the standard outside bets.
No. Outside bets retain their normal European Roulette payouts and 97.30% RTP, but they don’t qualify for the Fortune Multipliers, Chest or Bonus payouts. You need to place an eligible inside bet to participate in these features.
No. There is no betting strategy that can predict the roulette result or eliminate the house edge. The main strategic choice is whether you prefer the higher 97.30% RTP of outside bets or are willing to accept the lower 95.07% RTP of inside bets in exchange for access to the special features.
No. The statistics show what has happened in previous rounds, but each roulette spin is independent. A number, Chest or Bonus that hasn’t appeared for a long time isn’t more likely to appear on the next spin.
The biggest difference is the amount of feature gameplay. Fortune Roulette doesn’t just add multipliers to selected numbers; it also has a Chest feature and a separate 5×3 slot-style Bonus game. Another important difference is that Split, Street, Corner and Six Line bets can participate in Fortune Roulette’s enhanced payouts rather than limiting the feature gameplay to Straight-Up bets.
