1. A valid licence
MadCasino holds a licence from the Anjouan Gaming Authority. We found the licence on the casino website and checked it with the regulator, so this is not only a logo on a page. This is our most important standard, and MadCasino meets it.
2. Responsible gambling tools
MadCasino offers a wide set of responsible gambling tools. You can set deposit, loss and time limits, take a cooling-off break, or self-exclude your account. The casino also gives information about gambling risks and links to support organisations. Our standard asks for at least three tools, and MadCasino is well above that.
Two details are worth knowing. Limits run for a maximum of one week, which is shorter than at casinos under a European regulator. And self-exclusion is only handled by email. The policy states that chat agents will not process the request.

3. Live games from quality providers
MadCasino builds its live casino around newer studios: ICONIC21, Winfinity, 155.io, 7Mojos, Vivo Gaming, Absolute Live Gaming and XPG.
We want to be honest here. Our third standard asks for at least two providers from our list of quality live casino providers. 155.io is the most unusual of the group. The studio calls its approach “betting on chaos”. Its games ask you to bet on outcomes you rarely see at other live casinos. In one game you watch real video of a skier coming down a slope and bet on how many people he passes. In another, a coin drops through water towards a golden treasure box. It is a different kind of live game from a roulette wheel, and worth a try.
One point to know before you sign up. MadCasino does not work with Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live. Game shows such as Crazy Time, MONOPOLY Live and Funky Time are made by Evolution, so you will not find them here.

4. A clean reputation
We checked MadCasino on public sources such as Trustpilot, Reddit and casino forums, looking for a pattern of serious complaints. We found none, and no complaints about payments in particular. So MadCasino meets our fourth standard.
The one thing that comes up is a limit, not a complaint. MadCasino caps withdrawals at €1,000 per day and €10,000 per month. For most players that is enough, but it is worth knowing if you deposit larger amounts or hit a big win.

Welcome Package at MadCasino
MadCasino has no welcome bonus for live casino play at the moment (July 2026). What you will find there are two packages, one for slots and one for sports betting. Neither of them can be used on live tables.
Both packages are built the same way. Instead of a single bonus on your first deposit, you get a series of deposit bonuses that follow one after the other. The slots package runs over your first five deposits and the sports package over your first three. That is important for how you read the headline figure. A package of 777% does not mean a 777% match on your deposit. Each stage has its own percentage and its own maximum, and 777% is the sum of the percentages.

In most of Europe the package opens with 200% up to €500 on the first deposit, drops to 150% on the second and the third, then 100% on the fourth, and closes with 177% up to €1,000 on the fifth. The 777% and the €7,500 are what you end up with after all five stages, not what you get on day one.

What we think of these offers
The amounts are good. A package that runs to €7,500 is more than most casinos put on the table, and because it is spread over five deposits you keep getting a match instead of only on your first one.
The 30x wagering is the part to think about. You have to bet a large amount before any of it becomes your own money Sometimes it works out and sometimes it does not. Either way you get a much longer session out of it, because you are playing with bonus money instead of your own. France shows what the other approach looks like. The package is smaller, but at 1x you only need to bet the bonus amount once, and almost every player will manage that.
The biggest drawback is a different one. Neither welcome package can be used on live casino games. The bonus terms block all live tables while a bonus is active. So if you came here to play live roulette, blackjack or a game show, the welcome package is not for you.
