I particularly enjoy activities that allow me to connect with the sea. For several years, I have been participating in the Sacred Mayan Journey, a Maya ritual and tradition where ancient inhabitants of the region embarked on a sea pilgrimage to pay tribute to the goddess Ixchel. This journey takes place each year, departing from the sacred port of Polé in Playa del Carmen and crossing the Caribbean Sea to Cozumel in canoes, covering approximately 65 km of paddling.
I have been passionate about CrossFit for several years, although I still consider myself an enthusiastic beginner. I love this sport: it fills me with energy, makes me feel physically and mentally good, and I enjoy every challenge encountered in each workout. Additionally, the CrossFit community has been an endless source of motivation and friendship; training alongside dedicated and passionate individuals has been an enriching experience that I greatly value.
