What is Bull Bull by Allbet Gaming?

Bull Bull, also known by its Chinese name Niu Niu and often translated as Cow Cow, is a popular card game originating in China and spreading across East and Southeast Asia.

You bet on one of three player hands or the banker’s. The goal is to predict whose five-card hand will come out stronger, each designated by its ‘Bull’ value.

The outcome of each round is informed by one of the three bet types and determined by the strength of each hand.

The hand value is determined by a two-part calculation: the three cards that have to sum to a multiple of 10, and the remaining two cards that add up to determine the score.

The Allbet version of the game stays true to the Chinese classic. It is played with a standard deck of 52 cards minus the two Joker cards.

There are 12 hand types: Five Dukes, Bull Bull, Bull 1 through 9, and No Bull, each with a corresponding payout relative to the bet types. The rounds are quick, the winner is determined instantly, and the excitement is guaranteed.

Handtypes

There are 12 hand types in Bull Bull. Each player gets five cards, and the goal is to form the best possible “Bull” hand. Here are the 12 hand types, from strongest to weakest:

  1. Five Dukes – All five cards are face cards (J, Q, or K). This is the best possible hand.
  2. Bull Bull (a.k.a. Bull 10) – The first three cards add up to a multiple of 10, and the last two also make a multiple of 10.
  3. Bull 9 – The first three cards make a multiple of 10; the last two total 9.
  4. Bull 8 – Same rule, but the last two cards total 8.
  5. Bull 7 – Last two cards total 7.
  6. Bull 6 – Last two cards total 6.
  7. Bull 5 – Last two cards total 5.
  8. Bull 4 – Last two cards total 4.
  9. Bull 3 – Last two cards total 3.
  10. Bull 2 – Last two cards total 2.
  11. Bull 1 – Last two cards total 1.
  12. No Bull – The five cards can’t form a combination where the first three add up to a multiple of 10.

Tip: “Bull” means the score (1 – 10). The higher the Bull, the stronger the hand, with Five Dukes at the top.

Bull Bull Game Interface

Bull Bull wears the simplicity of the game on its sleeve, presenting a live game layout that’s easy to understand even if you haven’t played the game before.

At the centre of the action are the table, betting positions, and the banker. Each player’s seat has a theoretical RTP relative to the banker, displayed separately for each bet type.

The interactive interface includes buttons for betting, betting positions, and chip sizes. The game also presents a history of performance for each of the three player positions across the last five rounds.

You can see whether they won, lost, and what type of hand they had, adding an element of strategy to what is essentially a luck-based game.

Strategy for Playing Bull Bull

Bull Bull by Allbets Gaming is primarily a game of chance. There is very little you can do during the round to turn the tables.

Having said that, you do have a couple of mechanics by which you might shift the odds in your favor before the round closes. For one, start the game with Equal bets to get into the groove and then scale up.

When you feel ready to go Double, consider closely the theoretical RTP per seat, presented in real-time for every position on the table. And if you’re feeling bold, like Superbull bold, the 5-round history is your friend.

Or better yet, vary the bet types between rounds and go Superbull only when you feel that statistics have your back.
