What Is Imperial Quest?
Imperial Quest is a very straightforward money wheel game, and that is its strength. You only need to bet on the segment where the wheel will stop.
This makes the game easy to follow, even for beginners. At the same time, the two multiplier segments can create big wins, which keeps the action exciting.
If you have played Dream Catcher before, you will feel right at home with Imperial Quest. The rules and the wheel are exactly the same. The only difference is the theme, which is inspired by Chinese mythology.
Many players around the world appreciate the theme, and I do as well. Evolution has said that the game is popular in both Asia and other continents.
Presenter Language
Imperial Quest offers both English and Mandarin-speaking presenters in its live sessions. From my experience, the language is fixed per session, so you either join an English show or a Mandarin one. The hosts do not switch between the languages during the same round.
How to Play Imperial Quest
The Live Studio

Imperial Quest takes place in a stunning Asian-themed studio filled with rich colors, Chinese-inspired design, and charming live hosts.
The setting creates an immersive, game-show atmosphere before the wheel even spins.
Place Your Bets

Choose the number you believe the wheel will stop on. The wheel features 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40, each in a unique color.
Watch the Wheel Spin

The host spins the giant vertical Money Wheel. As it slows down, the flapper at the top of the wheel shows the winning segment.
Collect Your Payouts

If the wheel lands on your chosen number, you win that number times your bet. For example, 5 pays five times your stake, while 40 pays forty times your stake.
Trigger Multiplier Excitement

If the wheel stops on a 2x or 7x multiplier, your bets remain on the table and the host spins again. The next winning number is multiplied by the multiplier value.
Multipliers can stack if they appear back-to-back, which can boost winnings up to 20,000x or the maximum €500,000.
“Imperial Quest invites players into an imperial journey with its Asian-inspired studio, captivating hosts, and regal visuals.
It is a simple, rewarding wheel game with a strong RTP, a 40× base payout, and thrilling stackable multipliers.”
The Wheel
The wheel has 54 segments separated by pins. Fifty-two of these segments contain numbers: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40. The higher the number, the bigger the payout, but also the fewer times it appears on the wheel. For example, number 10 pays 10 to 1 but is harder to hit than number 1.
When you place a bet, you simply choose the number you believe the wheel will stop on. If your number is selected, you win according to its payout. I like this setup because it keeps the game fast and clear, even for beginners.
| NUMBER | SEGMENTS ON THE WHEEL |
|---|---|
| 1 | 23 |
| 2 | 15 |
| 5 | 7 |
| 10 | 4 |
| 20 | 2 |
| 40 | 1 |
Multiplier Segments: 2x and 7x
The excitement in Imperial Quest comes from the two multiplier segments. One gives a 2x multiplier, and the other gives a 7x multiplier. If the wheel stops on one of these, the game makes a re-spin. The multiplier is then added to the next win.
For example, if you bet on number 10 and the wheel first lands on the 2x multiplier, the next spin will pay 20 to 1 instead of 10 to 1. Also, multipliers can land back-to-back.
For example, if 2x lands, then 7x, and the wheel hits 10, a 10 bet pays 10 times 2 times 7, which equals 140x. I like this feature. After all, it keeps every spin exciting because it can always result in a big win.

RTP in Imperial Quest (Return to Player)
First, a quick note about RTP: Return to Player is the long-term share of bets that a game pays back. So some bets give better long-term chances than others.
The RTP depends on the numbers you bet on.
| NUMBER | RTP |
|---|---|
| 1 | 95.41% |
| 2 | 95.65% |
| 5 | 91.34% |
| 10 | 95,34% |
| 20 | 92,86% |
| 40 | 89,88% |
My Strategy to Play Imperial Quest
My starting point is always the RTP. And with Imperial Quest, this made the choice for my strategy simple. I split my stake between 1, 2, and 10, because they have by far the best RTPs.
For example, if I play with 6 euros, I place 2 euros on each of those numbers. This way, I hit wins often on 1 and 2, and I still get the chance of a bigger win on 10. If a multiplier hits first, the payout on 10 can grow very quickly.
Sometimes I also place a small bet on 20 or 40. These numbers are risky because they have lower RTP, but they can pay out huge when combined with a multiplier. I only do this when I want some extra thrill, and I always set a budget before I start.
Extra Features
Imperial Quest also gives you some extra tools to make the game more fun.
Autoplay
You can set Autoplay to repeat the same bet for several rounds. I find this useful on mobile when I want to play in a relaxed way. Please note that Autoplay is not available in all countries.
Statistics
There is a Statistics page that shows the most recent results. The latest spin is shown in the top left corner. I sometimes look at this out of curiosity, but I do not use it as a strategy since every spin is random.
Live Chat
The game also has a live chat. You can talk with the host and with other players while you play. For me this makes the game feel less lonely and adds a social touch to a simple format.
Bet Limits and Max Win
Imperial Quest is open to both casual players and high rollers. In most casinos, you can start playing from about 0.10 per round, while the maximum bets can go much higher, depending on the casino.
The game runs smoothly on both desktop and mobile, so you can choose the device you prefer.
Like other Evolution money wheel games, Imperial Quest also has a maximum win cap. In many casinos, the top payout goes up to around 500,000 in your currency.
This is more than enough for most players, but it is good to know before you start.
How Imperial Quest Looks and Feels
When you play Imperial Quest, you notice right away how much work Evolution has put into the presentation. The background inspired by Chinese legends makes the game stand out from other live shows.
The cameras move naturally between the wheel and the host, and the interface feels updated and clear. In my opinion, this makes the whole experience more enjoyable and keeps you focused on the game.

What’s My Opinion on Imperial Quest?
Dream Catcher was fun when it launched, and Imperial Quest gives the same gameplay with a new look. The Asian theme is beautiful on screen and the Mandarin hosts add to the experience.
Still, it is a very simple money wheel game, so it depends on what you are looking for. Personally, I play it now and then between other games, but I spend more time on other live games because I like bonus games. If you enjoy clear rules and a relaxing pace, Imperial Quest can be a nice choice.
FAQs
Imperial Quest is a live casino game from Evolution. It is a themed version of Dream Catcher, played on a giant vertical Money Wheel in a beautiful Asian-inspired studio.
You place a bet on the number you think the wheel will stop on. The wheel has numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40, plus two multiplier segments (2x and 7x).
The host spins the wheel, and if it lands on your number, you win.
If the wheel lands on 2x or 7x, your bets remain on the table. The host spins again, and the next winning number is multiplied by the multiplier. If multipliers land in a row, they stack, which can lead to very large wins.
The rules are the same as Dream Catcher. The main difference is the immersive Asian-themed studio design and presentation, which makes the game stand out.
