Free Bet Blackjack is a variant of the hugely popular Evolution Gaming Infinite Blackjack product. It uses the same platform and adds a little extra for players. The game includes enticing features such as the Free Double Down and Split Bets.

These two additions are just the tip of the ice berg though. Side bets such as Any Pair, 21+3, Hot 3 and Bust It are integral parts of Free Bet Blackjack. They enable players lots of additional payouts on top of the main game.

How to Play Free Bet Blackjack

Free Bet Blackjack is streamed live from Evolution Gaming’s studios in Europe. These include the state-of-the-art studio in Malta and Evolution’s headquarters in Riga, Latvia.

Free Bet Blackjack can be accessed from all types of devices. Players can join the game from a desktop computer or any other type of portable device.

Since all players play the same hand, but make different bets, Evolution Gaming’s software has to be absolutely top notch. It has to be able to process all betting requests at lightning fast speeds. Fortunately, it does this perfectly every time.

As the game has the same format as Infinite Blackjack, it also boasts a live dealer. The dealer is seated opposite the player and his main purpose is to conduct an orderly game. He is often required to explain to players that they can use their Free Double Down and Split Bets. These bets are automatically offered, but the dealers still explain them when the need arises.

Finally, there are several regulatory bodies which regulate that Free Bet Blackjack is up to the standards required. These include the Maltese Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, and the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Game Features

Free Bet Blackjack is based on the most popular version of Blackjack played in land-based casinos. This is also known as Vegas Blackjack. Similarly to Infinite Blackjack, it has no limit to the number of players that can play the game.

The game is played with 8 decks of cards which are randomly shuffled. As with Infinite Blackjack, the Six Card Charlie rule is also present here. It stipulates that players with six-card hands of 21 or under win in all circumstances.

Another similarity to Infinite Blackjack is the fact that the game has enticing side bets. These include Any Pair, 21+3, Hot 3 and Bust It. All of these side bets function independently of the main game outcome. This means that a player doesn’t have to win in the main game to win a side bet. For example, a player can win the Any Pair side bet while losing to the dealer in the main game.

These side bets are excellent opportunities to make some extra cash. However, they are not the main thing which makes Free Bet Blackjack different from other Blackjack games. Free Bet Blackjack’s uniqueness is actually achieved by its Free Double Down and Split Bets.

The Free Double Down Bet is offered to players who have two-card hands on hard 9, 10, or 11 totals. In these situations players will automatically be reminded that they can use their Free Double Down bet.

With the Free Split Bets, players can split all pairs except 10s. This provides extra winning chances as players basically play with an additional hand.

Video Features

Free Bet Blackjack is streamed in Full HD. It comes with one camera focusing on the table and the dealer.  This is all players need though, as the focus here, first and foremost, is on the myriad of betting options.

There is also a computer generated imagery involved in the live casino game in addition to the live studio element. In Free Bet Blackjack, CGI is essential in telling players when to use their free bets. It also shows players whether their side bets are winning ones and how much they have won.
